ILS School — Website

The school had an outdated website with many issues. After extended discussions with the director, we decided a full redesign was the best path forward. I took ownership of the entire process — created a Figma account, designed all mockups, handed off to development, tested on staging, and launched.

The new version launched in October 2022. Over the next year, we expanded content and added pages, which complicated navigation. User testing confirmed the issue.

We rethought navigation and category structure. After changes, we saw increased page depth, more clicks on target pages, higher navigation usage, and longer session times.
