Goal: Increase student satisfaction with the dashboard and the overall learning experience.

Comprehensive Product

Complete redesign of the student dashboard.

Conducted research, studied competitors, found best practices. Talked with users, identified segments using JTBD, and ran in-depth interviews for detailed flows.

Processed research, prioritized solutions, created mockups, tested with users, iterated, prepared handoff for development, and monitored implementation.

Worked on 16 scenarios total. Each brought to "build and test with users" stage. Every scenario has its own direction for deepening and refinement, but the first version solved the core problem.

Prototype testing showed significant improvements in information findability, user comfort, and navigation ease across all scenarios.
